Smt. Minakshi Swaroop attended the May 2026 Dr. BRC press conference. Witnessing a child who had been non-verbal receive a recovery certificate, she personally committed to bringing the programme to Muzaffarnagar — and secured government authorization from the CMO, MLA, and CMO Meerut within weeks.
श्रीमती मिनाक्षी स्वरूप मई 2026 की Dr. BRC प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में शामिल हुईं। एक गूंगे बच्चे को ठीक होते देख उन्होंने इस कार्यक्रम को मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर लाने का संकल्प लिया — और कुछ ही हफ्तों में सीएमओ, विधायक और सीएमओ मेरठ से सरकारी अनुमोदन प्राप्त किया।
